Return Policy

If an item is faulty, please contact SKIT before returning it. Faulty items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, subject to the conditions below.

  • Returns are accepted for faulty items only. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
  • The returned item must be in its original condition and returned complete with its original packaging and accessories.
  • The 30-day period is counted from the date you receive the merchandise.
  • The buyer is responsible for charges incurred in returning the item to us.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the return address and return procedure.

After the returned faulty item has been received and checked, SKIT will arrange the replacement.
